This state-of-the-art NFL stadium for the Houston Texans, occupies a total of 1,900,000 square foot with a seating capacity configured as follows: 69,500 for NFL, 72,000 for Super Bowl,
70,500 for Rodeo and 69,250 for Soccer. Brian Smith Construction Inspection, Inc teamed with Manhattan/Beers to provide Management, Inspection and Cost Estimating services. The construction
of the stadium was substantially completed in 29 months and the first NFL game played here on August 24, 2002. This project is comprised of 166 private luxury suites/boxes, 8250-seat
club, fabulous retractable roof, uniquely engineered Bermuda Tifsport grass turf and approximately 25,000 parking spaces.
